Taking connectivity to new heights

Our high‑altitude platform and phased‑array antenna deliver ubiquitous, high‑bandwidth, low‑latency coverage from the stratosphere, at a fraction of the cost of terrestrial networks and LEO satellite solutions.

Accessible anywhere, fueled by clean hydrogen, powered by World Mobile Chain.

Traditional infrastructure has hit its ceiling

The next billion users won’t be reached by towers or Low Earth Orbital satellites (LEOs).

  • Legacy, ground-based towers can’t scale to reach everyone.
  • LEO satellite constellations are expensive, high-latency, and hard to manage locally.
  • The world needs a more flexible, efficient, and future-ready model for mobile coverage.

World Mobile Stratospheric bridges that gap. Offering targeted, high-throughput 5G connectivity from the stratosphere.

A stratospheric layer of mobile infrastructure

Our high-altitude aircraft carries a proprietary precision-engineered, 3m phased-array antenna capable of replacing up to 500 ground towers.‍

Powered by hydrogen and built for endurance, it stays airborne for eight days at a time and delivers targeted coverage across a 15,000km2 area.

Stratospheric reach

A single high-altitude platform replaces up to 500 ground towers, broadcasting low-latency 5G across dense cities and distant frontiers alike.

Seamless signal

No dishes. No terminals. Just mobile signal that connects directly to your phone - without extra hardware or setup.

Clean by design

Powered by hydrogen fuel, our aircraft emits only water vapour. Making it a clean, climate-friendly solution.

Built for real-time

Delivers low-latency, high-speed mobile signal. No satellite delay, just fast, responsive coverage where it counts.

Nothing extra needed

Works with the phone you already have. No dishes, boxes, or custom receivers - just seamless access to the network.

From the sky to the chain

By linking directly to AirNodes and routing data through EarthNodes, each aircraft extends the reliability and autonomy of World Mobile’s decentralized infrastructure.

Flight-tested, future-ready

We’ve proven that 5G can be delivered directly to a handset from the stratosphere. Working with BT at Adastral Park, we demonstrated AI-driven beam forming, splitting coverage into precise, discrete cells. Our phased-array antenna was then successfully flight-tested on a Britten-Norman aircraft, validating its aerodynamic performance in real-world conditions. These milestones now converge as we accelerate development of the full-scale stratospheric system.

Stratospheric scale

Built for governments, carriers, and smart infrastructure providers

World Mobile Stratospheric enables fast-deployment, low-OPEX mobile infrastructure for:

  • Governments scaling rural or emergency networks
  • Telecom carriers expanding high-throughput coverage zones
  • Smart cities seeking targeted, sustainable signal in high-demand zones
  • Maritime, mining, and island deployments where towers aren’t viable

These are the sectors shaping the future of mobile infrastructure. Stratospheric unlocks new speed, scale, and sustainability for each one.

Stratospheric technology. Blockchain-powered scale.

Backed by World Mobile and integrated into the WMTx sharing economy, World Mobile Stratospheric adds a new infrastructure layer to our decentralized network model. By providing backhaul to AirNodes and routing traffic through World Mobile Chain EarthNodes, this aerial layer strengthens the reliability, coverage, and autonomy of the entire system.

  • Supports AirNode deployments in both urban and remote regions
  • Links directly to EarthNodes for validation and bandwidth flow
  • Strengthens the foundation for a truly global DePIN model

A joint venture for aerial connectivity

World Mobile Stratospheric operates as the trading name of Combined Space Technologies Ltd. This joint venture was formed by World Mobile Group and Protelindo to deliver next-generation aerial connectivity.

This is the next layer of global connectivity

We’re building what satellites can’t and towers won’t. Join us to connect the next billion users, from the edge of space.
