Premier Rewards is built around a simple idea: value should return to the people who help strengthen the World Mobile ecosystem.
If you subscribe to a World Mobile phone plan and lock up WMTx, you earn rewards. You unlock access. You reinforce a system designed to give power back to the people.
Now, that system give you even more freedom.
Gold, Platinum, and Black tier members will now earn a fixed number of points every month while their WMTx remains locked and they continue to meet the requirements of their tier. They can then spend these points across a rewards marketplace, choosing from a range of privileges depending on availability and tier.
This new points system replaces the previous fixed Spotify and DragonPass voucher benefit for Gold tier members and above.
Greater freedom built in
Premier Rewards has always been about access.
By locking up WMTx as a World Mobile phone plan subscriber, you unlock tiered benefits across the ecosystem. The higher your tier, the more benefits become available.
The new points system adds another layer to that model for Gold, Platinum, and Black members.
Previously, higher-tier members could access fixed partner benefits such as Spotify and DragonPass vouchers. With points, that fixed benefit is being replaced by a more flexible rewards marketplace.
Instead of giving every member the same fixed reward, points give eligible members more freedom to choose what matters to them. That could mean a voucher for entertainment. A lifestyle benefit. A service that enhances how you live.
The choice remains in your hands.
What has changed?
Members belonging to the Gold tier and above will now start to earn points every month that their tokens remain locked.
Inside your account, your Premier Rewards page now shows two separate reward areas:
- WMTx rewards, where you can view the WMTx earned through your phone plan subscription
- Points, where eligible members can view and redeem points through the rewards marketplace
These are separate reward types.
Your WMTx rewards remain as they are. Points are an additional redemption currency for eligible Premier Rewards tiers, replacing the previous fixed Spotify and DragonPass voucher benefit with a more flexible marketplace model.
What can you redeem points for?
The rewards marketplace includes a wide range of voucher options. Availability depends on your country, Premier Rewards tier, marketplace stock, and the redemption options active at the time.
Examples of well-known brands that may appear in the marketplace include Amazon, Netflix, Spotify, Uber, and PlayStation, plus many more across entertainment, travel, gaming, shopping, food delivery, and lifestyle.
These examples are not guaranteed for every user or every country. They are examples of the kind of marketplace choice points are designed to unlock.
The key difference is simple: Premier Rewards is moving from fixed vouchers to flexible choice for Gold tier and above.
How to join Premier Rewards
You need to subscribe to a World Mobile phone plan to join Premier Rewards.
Once you become a subscriber, log in to your World Mobile account.
From your account dashboard, open the left-hand sidebar and select Earn. This opens a dropdown menu. From there, select Premier Rewards.
The Premier Rewards page will show information about the program and a button to join. Click the button to view the available tiers.
Premier Rewards tiers run from Blue through Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Black. Each tier requires you to lock up progressively higher amounts of WMTx. The higher the tier, the more benefits you unlock.
Select the option to join a tier. You will be asked to review and accept the terms and conditions, then confirm the amount of WMTx you are locking up.
Your connected crypto wallet will open so you can confirm the transaction. Once the transaction is complete, you will see a welcome message confirming your Premier Rewards tier. Congratulations; you are now a Premier Rewards member.
From here, open Premier Rewards again under the Earn section. Your tier will now be visible, along with the benefits available to you.
The new points system: A walkthrough
If your tier supports points, you will see a points section on your Premier Rewards page.
At launch, points are available to Gold, Platinum, and Black tier members.
Your points section shows the Points you have accrued and gives you the option to redeem them. Select Redeem Points to open the rewards marketplace.
From there, you can filter by country where World Mobile phone plans are active and view the available options. The exact options may vary based on your country and Premier Rewards tier.
Each option will show how many points are required and what you receive in exchange.
For example, a UK member may see an option to redeem 350 points for a Netflix gift voucher. This is one example only. Available brands, values, and redemption options may vary by country and tier.
How to redeem points
Once you find a reward you want, select it.
You will be taken to a redemption page showing the points required and the voucher value. This looks similar to a checkout page, but you are not paying. You are spending points.
Before confirming, review the reward details, accept the terms and conditions, and check that the delivery email address is correct. You may also be able to add a name to the voucher.
When everything is correct, select 'redeem points’.
The points will be deducted from your points balance, and the voucher will be sent to the delivery email address shown during redemption.
That is the update: earn points through Premier Rewards, choose the reward you want, and redeem when you are ready.
What happens to unredeemed points?
Nothing.
Points remain in your account until you are ready to use them.
You can let points build up, return to the marketplace later, and choose a reward when the time is right.
How this connects to WMTx
Premier Rewards is still closely connected to WMTx.
To join a Premier Rewards tier, World Mobile phone plan subscribers must lock up WMTx. Your tier determines the benefits you can access.
The new points system does not replace WMTx rewards. It makes them better. It brings more freedom into the reward mechanic, encouraging more subscribers to lock up WMTx and strengthen the ecosystem.
Depending on your tier, you may earn both WMTx rewards and points. Your WMTx rewards are shown separately from your points, and each has its own purpose inside the Premier Rewards experience.
Your rewards, your choice
This update makes Premier Rewards more flexible for Gold tier members and above.
A fixed benefit is useful at best. A choice is personal.
Points empower eligible members to decide what value means to them. One person may want entertainment. Another may want travel. Someone else may want gaming credit, a shopping voucher, or a practical everyday reward. Others may choose to save points until the right option becomes available.
World Mobile is building a network where participation creates value, and that value brings more power to the people participating in the ecosystem.
Premier Rewards points put that principle into practice.
